How We Use AI
AI plays a limited, clearly defined role in our platform. We use generative AI technology to summarize assessment results into concise, easy-to-understand language. These summaries are based entirely on human-created proprietary algorithms and assessment data.
AI does not make hiring recommendations, scoring adjustments, or influence candidate placement decisions in any way. Every decision and evaluation on The Right Role platform is designed, reviewed, and approved by humans.

We believe users deserve clarity. Every AI-generated summary is derived directly from human-authored assessment results. The purpose is readability, not decision-making.
Human Oversight
AI is a tool—not a decision-maker. Our team reviews the systems and summaries regularly to ensure they align with the intent and accuracy of our underlying leadership assessment methodology.
Bias Prevention
AI summaries are created from structured, non-personal data. We do not include or transmit personally identifiable information (PII) or demographic details to the AI model. This ensures summaries are free from any and all personal bias and focused only on candidate and/or position-related content.
Data Privacy
All data used in AI processing is handled under strict confidentiality. We only use anonymized text relevant to leadership insights and maintain secure data practices in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
Ongoing Monitoring
We conduct regular reviews of AI-generated summaries to confirm accuracy, neutrality, and tone consistency. These evaluations help ensure our standards remain high as both our product and AI technologies evolve.
